  The service was not acceptable at all. Staff were not available and not helpful enough. The food was super ordinary! Sainsbury's tiramisu is way better than that of Zizzi is selling! The pizza as well was just some cheese on a bread, there was only few small pieces of chicken. And they charged every £3 for service! Outrageous

  everyone else's food looked fantastic, but I ordered a gluten free Bolognese which was very poor for the money. undercooked pasta, and sauce tasted like it was from a jar. Not what I expected for £14. everything else was great though

  Lovely food, as always. The food arrived quickly and the service was equally efficient and attentive. Nice extra touches too, the pasta crisps served with the drinks and the small hot chocolate brought with the bill made the experience feel that bit more special.

  Really lovely vibe on arrival and offered a choice where to sit. The staff all seem lovely but a particular metion to Dan who works here at your Exeter branch who served us this evening with such pleasantries and kindness and was really helpful when I had questions about the menu choices. Such a cheery place and the food was phenomenal tasting so big thank you to the chef too who cooked our pasta dishes. Will come again for sure and recommend to friends and family.

  We arrived earlier than our booked time, and although the restaurant was busy, we were warmly accommodated and shown to our table straight away, which was a great start. The service throughout our meal was excellent, and there was a lovely buzz and atmosphere in the restaurant that really added to the experience. Unfortunately, the dessert I initially chose wasn’t available, so I was happy to skip it. However, while the rest of my party received their desserts, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff brought out a specially made alternative for me—very similar to the one I had originally wanted. It was also complimentary, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. When it came time to pay, the three of us wanted to use our Zillionaires Club benefits. We were informed it was limited to one per table, which we completely understood. However, our waiter kindly went out of his way to split the bill into three separate payments so we could each use it, which was incredibly considerate. All of the staff were fantastic—nothing was too much trouble, and they truly went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Exeter Zizzi and would happily return.
